I love Scotland and there is no doubt about it that many of the finest landscapes and photographic subjects can be found “North of the Border”, but I do have to admit that I have a soft spot for English Northumberland.  Attractions such as Hadrian’s Wall, a whole host of castles and wonderful coastal scenery keep pulling me back.  My latest trip was a short affair and I visited an old favourite, Bamburgh Castle and also discovered a wonderful stone circle at Duddo. But that’s enough waffle, here are some pictures.
